These terms and conditions apply to any room booking made with Hôtel Belle Fontainebleau, 1 rue de la Chancellerie, 77300 Fontainebleau, directly or through the Misterbooking booking engine. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.

A booking is confirmed on receipt of the confirmation sent by the hotel or the booking engine. A valid payment card is required as a guarantee.

Prices are in euros, per room and per night, excluding tourist tax. Tourist tax is charged in addition, at the rate in force. Breakfast is offered as an extra at €9.50 per person.

Prices shown on the website are indicative; the applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard. Payment for the stay is taken on arrival.

The applicable cancellation conditions are those stated at the time of booking and repeated in the confirmation.

Any change request must be sent to the hotel by email or phone.

Rooms are available from 16:00 to 22:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Reception is open 24 hours.

The property is entirely non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Guests agree to use the room with due care; any damage may be charged.

Maximum occupancy: as stated for each room type. Cots available on request.

The hotel accepts no liability for theft of or damage to items not deposited at reception, within the limits of articles 1952 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Complaints may be sent to fontainebleau@damyria.com. These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use a free consumer mediation service; the details of the competent mediator are available from the hotel on request.
